- Order Processing: All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 13:00 GMT (Midday). Stock issues are rare, but if any occur, we will notify you promptly.
- Delivery Times:
- Europe: Typically, deliveries take 2 to 4 working days.
- Worldwide: Deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days.
- UK: Most UK orders arrive the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and external factors such as customs or weather can occasionally cause delays. If your delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your package, please contact us, and we’ll assist you. In the meantime, you can track your package using the provided tracking number, available in your account area on our website, or through your national postal service’s tracking page.
Postage & Packaging
We use Royal Mail for all of our shipments to ensure reliability and security.
- Packaging: Each seed order is securely packed in durable tubes that can withstand up to 20,000g of pressure, ensuring your seeds arrive in perfect condition. After being placed in these tough tubes, they are further protected with bubble wrap envelopes for extra security during transit.
- Discreet Shipping: We respect your privacy. All shipments are sent in plain packaging, with no references to our website or any indication of the contents inside. Your order is kept discreet, ensuring it arrives without any unwanted attention.
